Estimated Shipping
Shipping charges are estimated at 10-15% of the total order amount. The minimum shipping expense will be $6.95. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. In such cases that freight exceeds 15%, you will be notified for prior approval before shipping. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DUTY AND TAX COLLECT.
Returns
In order to process a return. Please login to Order Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.
Damaged Items
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
